Russian state news agency Tass has announced that the referendum was held in eastern Ukraine under the supervision of more than 130 observers from 28 countries.

According to the report of this news agency, more than 50% of the residents of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia participated in this referendum, and more than 90% of them supported annexing their regions to Russia.

Meanwhile, the British Ministry of Defense has announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to officially announce the annexation of these areas of Ukraine to his country on the 30th of this month.

At the same time, most countries and international organizations, including the United States, the European Union, NATO, and the United Nations, have announced: “This referendum is illegitimate and against international laws”.
