Hours later, US President Joe Biden, during the United Nations General Assembly said: “Russia violated the international order and the fundamental principles of the United Nation’s charter by attacking Ukraine”.
On the other hand, Volodymyr Zilinsky, the president of Ukraine, during this meeting in a video message said: “Russia committed a crime by attacking Ukraine and should be punished”.
At the same time, Jens Stoltenberg, the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), has condemned Putin’s recent statements and emphasized that NATO continues to support Ukraine.
