Hafiz Rashid, head of the information and culture department in Helmand, said: “This person’s name was Burhanuddin, and he was wounded and then died in the hospital after being shot by armed robbers in the 9th security district of Lashkargah city.
According to him, after shooting this person, the thieves took his motorcycle with them.
No one has been arrested related to this case, but Rashid says that efforts are underway to identify and arrest the thieves.
