The organization referring attacks during last year in different provinces during last year and requested from Islamic Emirate to conduct immediate, impartial and complete investigations about these attacks.
In this report, quoting Zaman Soltani, the regional researcher of Amnesty International, stated that the perpetrators of these attacks should be tried immediately. This is despite of several explosive attacks by ISIS in Afghanistan, during last Friday and Saturday, which as result more than ten people died and around 30 others were injured.
Also about three days before these explosions, two security forces, including a policewoman and four members of the ISIS which planned to conduct several attacks during the religious ceremony of the 10th of Muharram died in a conflict between Islamic Emirate forces and ISIS members in Karte Sakhi, Kabul.
