A gas cylinder exploded in Afghanistan’s southern Kandahar province late Saturday, killing at least eight people.
A gas cylinder exploded late Saturday in Spin Boldak district of southern Kandahar province, police spokesman Jamal Nasir Barekzai said.
The explosion took place inside a shop, killing eight, including children, he said.
Gas explosions takes place due to leakage or low quality cylinders.
