Motorbike rigged with explosives went off Saturday around 11:00 local time in the sixth police district of Mazar-e Sharif city, police said.
The explosion left four people killed and/or wounded—all civilians.
According to provincial police spokesman, Adel Shah Adel, one civilian was killed and three others wounded in the explosion.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
