Taliban Destroy Bridge in Herat: Statement

A bridge in Pashton-Zarghon district of Herat province was destroyed after being blown up on Wednesday evening, said office of the provincial governor.

Government officials have blamed Taliban to be responsible.

But the Taliban officials have yet to comment.

The armed group had also previously destroyed bridges in bids to prevent Afghan forces operations.
