Afghan Special Forces on Tuesday carried out overnight operation in Dara-e Noor district of country’s eastern Nangarhar province, read a statement by Special Forces unit known as “02”.
According to the statement, Yousuf Khan, member of the armed group was arrested during the operation.
He was involved in assassination and abduction of government employees in Kabul and Nangarhar province, the statement added.
The group has yet to comment.
