Adel along with his men and equipment joined Taliban after he went to Taliban territories, pretending to fight against group fighters, provincial governor Zahir Faiz Zada spoke with TKG.
Many soldiers opposed to joining the Taliban, according to the governor, which erupted clashes.
Three people, including one wounded, were captured by Taliban and two others succeeded to flee.

Clues obtained by government officials indicated that both brothers had connections with the Taliban, the governor added.
Security chief of Ghor province has meanwhile said that Hayatullah joined Taliban to be after his brother’s blood.
The Taliban officials have yet to comment.
