Separate bombings targeted two minivans in Kabul’s third district on Tuesday evening, police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz said.
He put the toll of casualties to 10 civilians killed and 12 others wounded.
Both attacks were under police investigations, the spokesman said.
There is no claim of responsibility for the attack.
The bombings happened in a mostly ethnic Hazara area of the city.
