A passenger bus struck a roadside bomb in Camp Maskan area in Shahr-e Safa district of Afghan province of Zabul early Monday at 12:00 local time, said Tariq Arian, spokesman for the Ministry of Interior.
The spokesman put the toll of casualties to 11 killed and 28 Wounded
He blamed the Taliban to be responsible for the attack.
The Taliban officials, however, have not commented yet.
