In a statement released Saturday, office of Afghan Foreign Minister Mohammad Hanif Atmar said FM spoke with his Indian counterpart S. Jaishankar via phone, discussing the Afghan peace process, bilateral ties between the two south-Asian countries as well as foreign troop withdrawal from Afghanistan.
