According to provincial police spokesman, Ferdaws Faramarz, a police vehicle came under unknown armed men’s attack around 8:50am Tuesday.
The attack took place in Chawk-e Arghandi area in Paghman district of the capital, Kabul, killing one policeman and injuring another.
A police investigation was underway, the spokesman said.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
