Provincial police spokesman, Ferdaws Faramarz, said a car rigged with explosives went off Sunday evening near military vehicles in Panja Chenar area in Paghman district.
According to the spokesman, three members of Afghan forces were killed and 12 others wounded in the attack.
There was no claim of responsibility.
It followed Sunday morning’s bomb explosion which took in Paghman district, killing one security forces’ member wounding another three.
