On Friday, Afghanistan won the toss and opted to bat first in the second match of T20I match against Zimbabwe.
The match was held in Shaikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi, with the Afghan cricket team posting 193 for Zimbabwe.
Karim Janat made 53 runs followed by Osman Ghani 49, Mohammad Nabi 40, Asghar Afghan 14, Rashid Kahn and Rahmanullah Gurbaz each nine.
Karim Janat became man of the match.
In return, Zimbabwe could manage only 148 runs in 17.1 overs.
The 45-run win helped Afghan national cricket team take an unbeatable 2-0 lead in the three match series with the third and final match scheduled for Saturday at the same stadium.
