Afghan Air Forces on Saturday conducted air raids on Taliban militants in Panjwai, Zhari and Arghandab districts of the province, said the Ministry of Defense in a statement Sunday.
At least 13 Taliban fighters were killed and seven others injured in the raids, it added.
A number of weapons and ammunition were also demolished.
The Taliban has yet to comment.
