Afghan Defense Ministry announced as many as 20 Taliban militants were killed in Afghanistan’s southern Kandahar province.
At least twenty Taliban fighters have been killed in Afghan forces raids in Arghandab district of the southern Kandahar province, the Ministry of Defense said.
A number of weapons were also seized from the militants, it said.
The Taliban officials have not commented yet.
