The first explosion targeted a car belonging to the employees of Afghan Ministry of Communications and Information Technology Monday around 8:37am [Afghanistan time], provincial police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz said.
It was followed by another explosion targeting a land-cruiser-type car near Kabul city’s eleventh police district around 10:10, police confirmed, according to the spokesperson.
The blasts left no one hurt, he said, while caused material damages.
There was no claim of responsibility for the attacks.
Targeted killings, violent attacks and explosions, often unclaimed, have recently soared in the country already been gripped with decades-long war and bloodshed.
