The Pakistani special envoy for Afghanistan, Mohammad Sadiq, in a tweet said top Afghan political figure Mohammad Karim Khalili who also chairs the Hizb-e Wahdat-e Islami party called on foreign minister Shah Mehmoud Qureshi Tuesday morning in Islamabad.
