Three people, including two women, were killed and four children were wounded in a car collision in Tangi-e Khulm area in Balkh district, said the provincial police spokesman Adel Shah Adel.
The wounded people were not in good health condition, according to the spokesman, and were taken to hospital.
Earlier last week too, at least four people were pronounced dead following a car crash on way to Mazar-Hairatan Highway.
