Police initial investigations indicated the victim had committed suicide, according to spokesman.
The man, as per the photo, hanged himself from an under-construction bridge at Qala-e Wahid area in the thirteenth district.
The body of victim was sent to Forensic Medicine Directorate for to conduct an autopsy, and details will be shared, Mr. Faramarz added.
It was said the victim was named Habibullah and was originally from Zabul in south of Afghanistan.
The cause of most suicides in the war-torn country contributes to poverty and unemployment.
