Two civilians and two military personnel were wounded in the blast, according to the police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz.
The spokesman meanwhile said government forces have foiled another sticky bombing plot in the third district of Kabul city.
The explosive device was attached to a charity foundation’s door.
Similarly, a sticky bomb attached to a police vehicle went off yesterday in Kabul’s fifth district, Milibas Road around 6:00pm, leaving one police officer slightly injured, said the police.
