Death Toll from Kabul Rocket Attack Rises to 10

The Afghan First Vice President Amrullah Saleh put the toll of casualties to 61 killed or wounded—10 were pronounced dead and 51 more injured.

Several rounds of rockets hit residential areas in the Afghan capital Kabul on Saturday morning, leaving dozens civilians killed and injured.

The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack.
