These seven men have been arrested in the third, fifth, eighth and ninth districts of the Afghan capital Kabul, said authorities in the provincial police command.
A number of weapons and some drugs were also seized from the arrested people, said the source.
Amrullah Saleh, the First Vice President, has meanwhile said as many as 700 out of 3,600 police wanted people have been arrested so far and efforts were ongoing to capture the rest.
