The six-day event kicked off Sunday, November 16, in Dubai, the United Arabic Emirates.

A group of over 55 Afghan women leaders have attended to discuss strategy for peace, demands for ceasefire and their role in the peace process.

This event was co-organized by Afghanistan Mechanism for Inclusive Peace (AMIP) and Afghan Women’s Network (AWN).

Afghan women have constantly voiced concern over the absence of Afghan women in the peace, emphasizing their active and meaningful role in all peace processes as maintaining their long-decades achievements.
