Coronavirus in Afghanistan: 146 New Cases Registered

Afghanistan recorded another rise in coronavirus daily infections over the past 24 hours.

The Afghan Ministry of Public Health reported 146 new confirmed coronavirus cases within the past 24 hours, with four related deaths.

The additional 146 new COVID-19 cases pushed the country’s total to 42,609 while the total deaths stood at 1,581 as four new deaths recorded in the past 24 hours.

Kabul, Herat, Kandahar, Balkh, Nangarhar, Takhar, Kunduz, Parwan, Helmand, Zabul and Urozgan have the registered the new cases of infection from the coronavirus pandemic during the last 24-hours period.

A total of 34,967 patients have recovered from the deadly disease after 233 patients recovered in the last 24 hours.
