Brigadier General Abdul Nabi Elham has been hired as the new governor of southern Helmand province, said the Independent Directorate of Local Governance (IDLG).
Afghanistan’s Independent Directorate of Local Governance (IDLG) announced that at a presidential decree, Abdul Nabi Elham has been appointed as the new governor of Helmand province.
Prior to him, Major General Yasin Khan was the governor.
