Speaking to TKG, Esmatullah Muradi, a spokesman for the provincial governor, said the mortar round hit the volleyball field of the provincial governor’s office.
At least four security forces were killed and six others, including three civil service members of the office were wounded, the spokesman added.
No insurgent group or anti-government elements has so far commented.
