An explosive device went off today, November 1, around 7:10am [Afghanistan time], in Bagrami district of the Afghan capital Kabul, said police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz.
A civilian was killed in the blast and investigations were ongoing, according to the spokesman.
No individual or armed group claimed responsibility.
