Mohammad Massoud Andarabi, the caretaker of Afghan Interior Ministry visited the fifth district of Afghanistan’s capital, Kabul, on Saturday to closely monitor the security situation.
He ordered the district officials to toughen up justice measures on criminals and robbers.
Afghanistan has seen a recent spike in crime rate with residents slamming security forces for negligence.
