During his stay in the Qatari capital of Doha, Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani met yesterday with the U.S. Special Representative for Afghanistan Reconciliation Zalmay Khalilzad and the commander of U.S. forces and Resolute Support Gen. Scott Miller.
