The country lost at least four people to the coronavirus within the last 24 hours, according to the latest data by the health ministry, pushing the total fatalities in the country to 1,466.
According to the official data provided by the health ministry, at least 27 patients having been infected with the novel COVID-19 have got better after the illness, bringing the recovery toll to 32,879 in the country.
Worldwide, 1,035,677 people have lost the battle for their lives and the total infections passed 35 million, a tally by Reuters indicated.
