The Afghan Ministry of Defense announced in a statement a rocket fired by the Taliban last night around 8:00pm, local time, hit a residential house in Nawabad area of the provincial capital.
At least three civilians were killed after the rocket landed, read the statement.
The Taliban officials have yet to comment.
