Today around 12:00pm, local time, a police vehicle struck children in Qasaba area of Jalalabad city’s forth district, said Attaullah Khogyani, a spokesman for the provincial governor.
A child was killed and another three wounded, according to him, and the perpetrators have been arrested.
Negligence is often blamed for such accidents.
