At least three civilians were killed and another one was injured in a roadside bomb blast which took place today around 6:00am in Pacheragam district of Nangarhar province, said Ataullah Khogyani, a spokesman for the provincial governor.
A father and son were also among the people pronounced dead in the blast the provincial officials blamed Taliban to be behind.
The group, however, has yet to comment.
No one has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
