Today around 6:30am, an explosive device went off near the provincial police command in Pul-e-Khumri, the capital city of Baghlan province, said Jawed Besharat, a spokesman for the provincial police chief.
There were damages brought to Radio Adeeb, a local broadcasting station.
No armed group has so far claimed responsibility.
