Jailani Farhad, a spokesman for Herat province’s governor confirmed to The Killid Group that nine members of a family lost their lives as last night a passenger vehicle collided with a truck in Adraskan district of the province.
According to him, three women and four children were among the people killed in the accident.
Traveling above the speed limit as well as damaged roads are the main causes of car accidents in Afghanistan.
