The Total Death from COVID-19 in United States Surpasses 3,000

March 31 (The Killid Group) — According to a tally by John Hopkins University, at least 3,170 people have died in the United States from COVID-19.

There have been at least 164,603 cases of coronavirus that have been detected and tested in the United States, according to the data provided by the Coronavirus Center of John Hopkins University.

The U.S. media have, meanwhile, reported, the infection toll includes cases from every state, the District of Columbia and several U.S. territories, as well as repatriated cases.

The United States has the highest number of infection but with more than 3,000 deaths is still behind Italy.

Italy which has reported 101,739 cases of infection, with at least 11,591 deaths, has the world’s first-highest coronavirus death toll.

Spain’s death toll has risen sharply in recent days and it is currently at 7,716, marking the Europe’s second worst-hit country behind Italy.

Worldwide, there have been 785,709 confirmed infection cases from COVID-19 pandemic, with 37,686 deaths and 166,041 total recoveries.
