(TKG) – Security officials in Paktika announced that during a joint operation by Afghan forces in Barmal district of Paktika province, two militants were killed and one injured.
According to the spokesperson of the provincial security command, Shah Mohammad Arian as saying to The Killid Radio, Afghan forces conducted a joint operation in Barmal district of the southeastern Paktika province as a result of which two militants were killed and one other wounded.
The spokesperson further added, one of the militants were detained by Afghan forces.
The Taliban, however, did not comment in this regard.
