The 8th Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process Ministerial Conference will be inaugurated in Istanbul, Turkey, today [December 9, 2019].
According to a statement released by Afghanistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the conference will be inaugurated by President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
President Ghani arrived in Turkey yesterday [December 8, 2019] to attend the 8th Heart of Asia Ministerial Conference as a senior delegate of Afghanistan.
According to a statement from the Presidential Palace, the Afghan president will also meet with officials from several countries separately on the edge of the Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process Conference.
