It was reported in [December 2, 2019] by the Palestinian Prisoners’ Center for Studies (PCBS) that the Israeli government has detained 360 Palestinians since November.
The spokesman for the PCBS told the media [December 2, 2019] that eight women and 58 children were also among the detainees.
He added that some of the prisoners were also killed while transferring from one place to another.
Basil, the youngest child arrested by the Israeli government, is still in prison, he said.
Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, called upon the Israeli government last month to release the captivated Palestinians immediately, but the Israel government has not yet taken any action in this regard.
