AYRS, Kazakhstan – Ministry of Defense of the Kazakhstan confirmed at least 10 of its forces were wounded during a blast in Ayrs city of the country on Monday.
The blast occurred at a military base that left 10 Kazakhstani miners injured and were landed at the Ministry’s hospital facilities.
Officials did not provide further detail, but said investigations are underway to determine the nature of the blast.
The blast came after a massive fire at a military base that caused a number of bombs to explode in the city of Ayrs in January.
