Multiple Traffic Collisions Inflict Heavy Loss to Civilian in Herat

HERAT (The Killid Group) – In a two separate traffic collisions in western province of Herat, at least one killed and further 19 wounded, local authorities said.

Ibrahim Mohammadi, an official of Herat emergency ambulance, told The Killid, “one traffic collision occurred in Herat-Turkhondi highway, while the second at the same time of the day in Herat-Kandahar highway.”

Both accidents occurred around 12pm local time.

In first accident, where two cars bumped to each another, “in Herat-Turkhondi highway at Dashte Howz, one died and further 13 on board the vehicle injured,” he added. Three of the victims are in severe health condition.

Meanwhile, the second collision in Herat-Kandahar highway, six civilians, including women and children, injured.

All the victims are landed in Herat hospital after the collision, Mohammadi exclaimed.
