MAIDAN WARDAK (The Killid Group) – A Presidential Candidate Rahmatuallah Nabil says there is no individual in Afghanistan who does not want peace; but the price of peace must be clear.
At a campaign rally in Maidan Wardak province Thursday, Nabil said delaying the presidential elections are not our red line, and if peace will prevail, elections must be held afterwards.
Nabil praising former Afghan President Dr. Najibullah’s national reconciliation program, said, “the best peace plan was Dr. Najibullah’s national reconciliation plan, where he was willing to sacrifice his seat for peace, but now scarifying seat for peace cannot be heard.”
Afghan people do not want a temporary peace in the country, where the routine would change in just a week, he added.
Criticizing current peace process for not being shared to public, Nabil said, “we want peace and are eager for peace to prevail in the country; but peace that comes from Pakistan is not peace, is being enslaved.
