Security Forces Retrieve 100 Villages in Ghoor

GHOOR (The Killid Group) – The Afghan security forces retrieved about 100 villages within past 30 days, from Taliban influences in western province of Ghoor, local authorities said.

Abdulhay Khatbi, Spokesman for Ghoor Governor, told The Killid, “during these operations, more than 100 armed Taliban killed and wounded.”

But he did not classify the victims separately, as per killed and wounded.

The operations did not inflict casualties to the forces, Khatbi exclaimed. The operation still continues to secure further areas.

Ghoor is one of the insecure provinces in Western Afghanistan, where the Taliban gained much of the areas under their control.
