KUNDUZ (The Killid Group) – Afghan National Police helped free a five-year-old boy, who was kidnapped in northeastern province of Kunduz.
Nusrat Rahimi, Spokesman for the Ministry of Interior Affairs, said in a tweet “the kid named Mohammad (goes with a single name), was kidnapped in Kunduz province” before being set free by Afghan police.
At least four suspects have been arrested in this regards, according to sources.
Officials did not provide further details.
The kidnap comes at a time, Afghan people raised concern over increasing number of robbery extortions and kidnappings throughout the country, including the capital Kabul, as they hold security officials responsible.
