KABUL (The Killid Group) – Afghan security forces foiled a purported terrorist attack in Afghan capital, as they discovered an Improvised Explosive Device in PD5 of Kabul city, Ministry of Interior said.
According to the statement released Wednesday, the anti-government insurgents had planted an IED mine on a roadside of Company area of Kabul, which was discovered and defused by security forces.
It comes at a time Afghan forces tighten up security measures throughout the country – mainly major cities – to prevent any possible terrorist attack during Eid days.
