KAPISA (The Killid Group) – A mortar strike at a residential home inflicted casualties to at least seven civilians in Tagap district of Kapisa province.
Abdul Shaeq Shorish, Spokesman for the Kapisa police, said, “the incident occurred yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon in Jalo Khail of Tagab district in the province.”
This mortar is shot by the Taliban, due to which at least three children killed and four – including women – wounded, he added.
However, sources did not confirm if the victims are all of one family.
The victims are landed at hospital for special care, and their condition are reported better.
Meanwhile, Taliban said a mortar is thrown to a residential home during a battle with Afghan security forces in the province.
