BAGHLAN (The Killid Group) – Two purported suicide bombers were killed at the first gate of Kelagai camp in Baghlan early Wednesday morning, after they were identified by security forces, the 209th Shaheen Corps said in a statement.
The bombers were in a Humvee vehicle, loaded with explosive devices, before it went off during the gun battle.
One of the suicide bombers initially managed to escape after being targeted for several minutes by security forces; but was captured.
An army soldier was wounded in the incident.
Statement did not provide further details on the incident.
