NANGARHAR (The Killid) – Afghan security forces arrested at least three unauthorized commissioners surrounding Pakistan consulate Tuesday, local authorities confirmed.
Mubarez Atal, Spokesman for the local police, said, “yesterday (Tuesday) provincial police arrested at least three unauthorized commissioners, holding some 12 passports, from in front of the Pakistan consulate in Jalalabad city.
According to Atal, suspects are all under investigation at the local police station.

The arrest comes after the Pakistan Embassy in Kabul restricted its visa issuance to elderlies, patients, and businessmen, as they expressed concerns over increasing number of unauthorized commissioners surrounding the embassy.
